On Target - Wobbles Wednesday Week 4

It's not been a great week.  Samuel's been playing up at bed time and for the morning routine, so I'm stressed out.  Also Gary went into hospital to have an injection in his hip, and it's not given the pain relief that he had hoped.

Needless to say I allowed myself a couple of treats last week and I've been worrying what the scales would say.  I'm also still frustrated that I don't get the opportunity to exercise, even going out for walks has been limited this week due to various appointments and the cold weather.

So, here's my weigh in:

Weight: 11stone 11lbs

For all my fretting it's actually not too bad, I've lost 2lbs which is exactly on target.

I've decided to set myself a goal now to lose 7lbs before we go on our weekend away for Gary's birthday, which is 22nd March.

Oh, and to give myself a good selection of healthy recipes to choose from I've also just bought myself a copy of The Hairy Dieters cook book.  Last night we sampled the home made burgers, and I can confirm they were tasty and filling, yet remained easy on the fat and calories.  I also noted one of their diet tips - to have topless sandwiches, and I actually had my burger topless to reduce down my carbs a little.

Yes the snow and cold has stopped me going for planned walks too.
