I found this infographic on Monday and thought I'd share it with you all. I've already ticked 3 of the diet traps: skipping breakfast; eating too few calories; and stopping snacking. Which trap(s) to you find you fall into?
Anyway, back to the nitty gritty and my weight loss this week:
I weight in at 11 stone 6 lbs
That's a loss of 2lbs which I am happy with, and considering we had pizza on Saturday night, and I've had some wine, pretty much where I expected to be. Even better, this means that I have now zipped past my first goal, I've lost my first stone!
I'm also starting to feel my clothes getting baggy, and I'm able to wear a few smaller size clothes that I bought last year when I lost weight.
My focus this week is keeping on track, and hopefully getting out for a few more walks. My new goal is to lose 7lbs before we go away for my husbands birthday in late March.

Don't skip breakfast anymore but do sometimes eat few calories methinks.

Yay!! well done that's fantastic!! i am sure you will loose your next target in plenty of time for march at this rate! As for the traps above i pretty much hit 4 of them!! i need to remember that!
