Diet Traps - Wobbles Wednesday Week 6
I found this infographic on Monday and thought I'd share it with you all. I've already ticked 3 of the diet traps: skipping breakfast; eating too few calories; and stopping snacking. Which trap(s) to you find you fall into?
Anyway, back to the nitty gritty and my weight loss this week:
I weight in at 11 stone 6 lbs
That's a loss of 2lbs which I am happy with, and considering we had pizza on Saturday night, and I've had some wine, pretty much where I expected to be. Even better, this means that I have now zipped past my first goal, I've lost my first stone!
I'm also starting to feel my clothes getting baggy, and I'm able to wear a few smaller size clothes that I bought last year when I lost weight.
My focus this week is keeping on track, and hopefully getting out for a few more walks. My new goal is to lose 7lbs before we go away for my husbands birthday in late March.
